Hybrid Pull-Up to Handstand

This 12 week hybrid program is designed to target two major exercises: pull-ups and handstands. The first 6 weeks is the Pull-up protocol designed for the athletes looking to perform the perfect pull up for the first time, or to simply just build their pull strength for exercises like rope climbs and muscle ups. In the last 6 weeks, athletes will begin skills training for handstands along with neuromuscular control and strength development required for handstands with perfect form, allowing athletes a strong foundation to build upon for handstand walking.

This program is a 1 time buy and it is yours forever. This program has taken into account the various stages of all 4 of our main programs so that you can incorporate this into your training cycle whenever necessary to prepare yourself for the upcoming meet. $30.00 Canadian.

HYBRID Nutrition is a flexible dieting approach that will improve your nutritional self-efficacy by educating, informing and challenging you. Our subscription includes a customized nutrition plan, 1-on-1 weekly check-ins, and 24/7 communication access to your Coach, all via email! You and your Coach will develop a collaborative relationship in which you will be provided suggestions and guidance based on your individual situation, goals, progress and results. Additionally, your coach will have weekly office hours where you will be able to speak face-to-face privately to discuss your progress. Supercharge Your Core

This is an exercise library of Hybrid's favorite core exercises. There's 12 example core workouts provided but you can mix and match exercises however you please. These exercises focus on the core in a three-dimensional way taking into account specificity, which in our case is exercises that will improve your performance under a barbell, as well as attacking the core from all aspects. Having a stable core is about more than having strong "abs". Your core involves a blend of muscles, including your obliques, multifidus, transversus abdominis, diaphragm but requires stability from the muscles that attach on the hip as well in order to function optimally. Just like you wouldn't expect to lose weight by tracking your macros one day, core stability requires consistent and dedicated efforts. The road to a healthy core and back and bigger weights on the bar starts here!
